Abstract
下顎 小臼齒의 萌出樣狀을 觀察하기 爲해 滿 6歲부터 12歲까지 兒童 406名을 對象으로
Oblique Cephalograph를 撮影하여 下顎 小臼齒의 萌出時 齒牙長軸과 咬合平面이 이루는 一
角의 變化, 齒根端에서 下顎骨 下緣까지의 距離 및 第1大臼齒의 近心面을 基準으로한 水平
位置의 變化를 觀察하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. 第1小臼齒는 齒冠이 거의 完成된 時期에 咬合平面에 對한 齒兒長軸의 角이 多少 近心面
으로 傾斜하고 있으나 齒根完成時期에는 咬合平面에 거의 垂直을 이루었고, 第2小臼齒는 齒
冠이 거의 完成된 時期에 多少遠心側 傾斜를 보이나 齒根完成時期에는 近心側으로 傾斜되었
다.
2. 齒根端에서 下顎骨 下緣까지의 距離는 齒根 1/3形成期까지는 僅少한 增加를 보이나 齒
根 2/3形成 以後 急速히 增加하였고, 齒根完成期에 第1小臼齒에서는 第2小臼齒에서 보다 齒
根端에서 下顎骨 下緣까지의 距離가 길었다.
3. 第1大臼齒 近心面에서 第1, 第2小臼齒 近心面까지의 距離는 齒根 2/3形成 以後 顯著히
減少하였다.
4. 第1小臼齒 遠心面과 第2小臼齒 近心面은 齒根인 거의 完成된 後 相互 接觸되었다.
The author observed the eruption pattern of the mandibular premolars. For this study
the author took 406 crises of oblique cephalographs of 6 to 12 year old children.
The measurement were with regard to the vertical and horizontal dimensional changes
and tooth axis chanties to the occlusal plane.
The following results were obtained.
1. At stage V the tooth axis of 1st premolar intwined mesially to the occlusal plane, as
the tooth erupt toward vertically the ansulation changed that at stage X the tootle axis
almost right angle to the occlusal plane.
2. The distance from the root apex of premolars to the lower border of mandible were
slightly increased to the stage Ⅶ, while after stage Ⅶ rapid increasing appeared. At
stage X the distance of 1st premolar was more longer than 2nd premolar.
3. The distance from the menial surface of 1st molar to the mcoial surface of
premolars wcrc decrcased slightly to the stage Ⅶ, but this distances were decreased
rapidly after stage Ⅶ.
4. The distance between distal surface of 1st premolar and mesial surface of 2nd
premolar was almost constant before stave Ⅷ, at stage Ⅸ this distance wag little
presented because the premolars were contacted.
